Im trying to lose all the fat on my stomach, hips and thighs.
What is/are the most effective excercises to perform for every mourning without using any weight lifting equipment and how is the best way to do them

Cardio of any kind … I prefer running. Start with a walk/run if you’re not conditioned and work up to 4-5 miles a day. (Rest one or two days out of the week).
Cardio is the only way to lose fat. Calisthenics are good for tightening / toning, but you will not lose a lot of fat by doing them.
Incorporating an excercise program that involves cardio and strength training is the direction you should consider.
1) Set goals – what do want to accomplish?
2) Start small and work your way up – too many people jump into a program over their head and end up burning out after six to eight weeks, to achieve true fitness it takes a few months to see rewarding results.
3) Find someone to excercise with – it’s easier to stick with a regimen if you have some one to push you at times.
