Is there an alternative to working out with weight lifting equipments?

Hi.
I want to do some weight lifting (I'm 15 years old). I just don't have the equipment, and I was wondering if there were any other way that I could get the full effect of lifting weights with the equipment without actually using them.
For example, could I stuff my backpack until it's heavy enough, then lay down with my back against the floor and lift my backpack above me using both of my arms and still get the full (or very good) effect?
Are there any good suggestions or anything? This is pretty new to me so please do not hesitate to answer!

Hey there! It is great that you are interested in working out! Push-ups and pull-ups are great full upper body exercises…you can load your backpack up and once you are a pro at doing them with just your body-weight add the backpack and slowly increase it resistance. Squats and lunges are great for your lower body and take no equipment. You can do variations to each by changing your stance and hand grips/widths.
